I lead web content strategy for Vonage.com. My team owns the creation, management, and optimization of product and corporate content, and campaign experiences on our websites globally.

Recent and past projects

I recently led the redesign of our ecommerce experience for Vonage Business Communications. Our goals were to:

  • Help users discover and select which plan is right for them

  • Clarify and accelerate the purchase process

  • Anticipate and answer product questions

After a cross-functional design sprint, our team was able to prototype and build two new test experiences. We launched the winning experience, and have already reached our full year ecommerce revenue goals in the first half of the year.

In 2022, I led the creation of our primary navigation dropdown on the site, owning strategy, content mapping and design, stakeholder approval, and launch globally. We were able to deliver on our KPIs of reduced site bounce rate and an increase in page views per visit.

I’ve also written and authored landing pages for pillar content marketing projects, including our annual Global Customer Engagement Report, and an interactive experience for a Forrester research report on CPaaS solutions, below.
