Managing Editor, Global Content Strategy at MetLife
While at MetLife, I worked in the Global Brand and Marketing team, where I developed strategies for content creation and distribution across owned, earned, and paid digital channels, including MetLife.com and MetLife’s global social channels.
I created and managed the brand editorial calendar and MetLife.com homepage curation, incorporating content priorities from global teams and lines of business.
As part of the global rebranding and website redesign, I also played an integral role in managing web content updates that better showcased our global solutions around Health, Family, Future, and Work.
I also planned, wrote, and edited a variety of content for the MetLife blog, optimizing for SEO, and managing external writers and content developers.
To support a US Marketing campaign about Open Enrollment, I ran the editorial management of an interview series called “People Like Me”, about real people’s Voluntary Benefits stories.
